A long time ago, while contemplating my future career, I saw a behind-the-scenes photoshoot on TV. I watched how the photographer took a simple space, with no particular allure, and created an image that was stunning and emotional. Something clicked in that moment, I had to do the same; and so, this journey as Connelly Studios started.
Since then I've had the privilege of finding an amazing mentor, shooting some phenomenal weddings and engagements, work with my husband, and meet so many fantastic people!
Now, I find myself moving into another chapter in both life and business. As my two beautiful kids move away from babyhood, I'm finding I'm still craving the cuddles and what better way to fulfill that desire, but to photograph these sweet little souls. And thus begins:

Fun Facts about Kerry in no particular order:

I have two kids: A son who is entering pre-teen years (my grocery budget is already increasing!!) and a daughter (who was a teenager the day she was born!)

I have the most amazing and supportive husband I know, who would drop everything and bend over backwards to help someone in need.

I thrive on coffee and Jesus!

I love to renovate! If I can save a buck and do it myself, I will!

I'm also a nurse and I work on a busy unit in a hospital in Calgary

I love love love antiques and love thinking about the lives they've been a part of! I especially love old windows and the simple beauty they hold!
